General terms and conditions:
TOUR CONTRACTS
Tour Contracts are governed by laws and regulations established by the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV), signed in Brussels on 23 April 1970 and ratified by Law n. 1048 December 27, 1977, the Statute of Law 111/95 and the European Directive 2015/2302 on travel packages.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT and taxes. In case of unexpected cost increases (such as museum tickets or hotel rates), we reserve the right to change our prices which are valid from 01-01-2020 to 31-12-2020. Prices include what is specified under each tour or service and will be written on our confirmation email.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made by bank transfer. You can book by phone from Italy, or fill in the form and send it by email, the best way for us to organize your stay in the best way for you, who will receive a written confirmation with full details of the services. (see PAYMENTS).
CONFIRM
Confirmation with full details of schedules, meeting places and final price will ensure the availability of the services and will constitute acceptance of the “General Terms and Conditions” between you and Rome Magic Tour – Di Tour in Tour.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation of a confirmed tour will be charged as follows:
50% of the confirmed price if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the service.
20% of the confirmed price if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the service.
10% of the confirmed price if you cancel less than 72 hours before the start of the service.
100% of the tickets already purchased for you, which are non-refundable.
100% in case you do not show up for the appointment without notice.
BOOKING CHANGES
A change of reservation is almost always possible. We try to have maximum flexibility in order to change your reservation with a new written booking, followed by a new written confirmation.
OBLIGATIONS
The obligations of Rome Magic Tour – Di Tour in Tour are limited as it acts as an intermediary agent for its clients.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be applied in case of changes, unforeseen timetable or itineraries not due to our will and out of our control but we GUARANTEE THE SERVICE, if necessary with an alternative itinerary or by changing the date of your tour.
RESPONSIBILITY
Rome Magic Tour – Di Tour in Tour, tour operators, hotels, drivers and guides are not responsible for accidents, losses, injuries, damages and delays due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, etc..
